Our favorite dish is London Broil on the grill, and he also adds simmering onions in garlic butter sauce! Unless it has dairy, we like to add lime to everything. Our favorite meal is milanesa dry (breaded chicken or veal) with lots of lime. The complete package includes some delicious rice cooked with bullion, a citrousy salad and the milanesa! I’m the eater. I love everything she makes, and she makes such a variety of meals that it’s hard to only pick one. If I must pick one, it would be her manicotti, with homemade tomato sauce, and starting off with her famous charcuterie board (which includes roasted garlic). Last year he was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, changed his whole lifestyle and became vegan. He makes some terrific dishes; my favorite is his Chili. Brown ground beef with onion and drain. Add all other ingredients except beans and simmer one hour. Add beans and turn off heat. When cooled, refriger- ate a day or two before serving. Ingredients: 2-3 lbs of ground ‘Beyond Beef’ (or just ground beef if you are a meat lover); 4 cans Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes; 20oz tomato sauce; 1 large chopped onion; 1 large chopped bell pepper; 3 cloves garlic pressed or crushed; 5T chili powder; 1 T ground cumin; 1 T oregano (optional); 2 T Sugar; 2 large cans kidney beans.
