46 MARCH 2026 www.goodnewsfl.org Good News • South Florida Edition COMMUNITY NEWS South Florida Christians gathered for a morning of worship, humor and testimonies as well as techniques in sharing the gospel during the inaugural Ignite Conference at Grace Church in Pompano Beach on February 28. The event was presented by Ignite UR Faith Ministries (IUF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry founded by Brody Howell, a South Florida pastor, evangelist, and speaker, with a vision that “the gospel is good news for everyone, so it should be fun to learn and easy to share.” Studies show a significant generational gap among Christians ages eighteen to forty who lack confidence in sharing the good news of the gospel. Much of this stems from a shortage of evangelism resources designed to engage and equip this newer generation of believers. Just four months from launching, IUF is already seeing a strong response from the community with workshops and seminars at churches, ministries and organizations. “I believe that by offering evangelism techniques that are fun to learn and easy to share — while engaging believers through laughter and visual, audible and hands-on methods — we will see more Generation X and Generation Z Christians confidently sharing their faith. “We’ve seen some great evangelism programs over the last decade, but none of them are reaching young believers,” Brody says. “Changing our methods and approach — without compromising the core truths of the gospel — is what Ignite Ur Faith offers. Bookings for evangelism training and resources are available at igniteurfaith.org/ calendar or by calling 954324-4648. Ignite UR Faith Inspires Confidence in Sharing the Gospel Brody Howell
