Julia Siegel Valedictorian Boca Raton Christian School Valedictorian of Boca Raton Christian School’s Class of 2025 with an SAT score of 1560, Julia is a published writer, former varsity softball captain, and dedicated volunteer. An AP Scholar with Honor, MU Alpha Theta member, and ACSI Distinguished Christian Student Award recipient, she spent summers studying infectious diseases at Harvard and medical ethics at Columbia, as well as three years shadowing doctors at Holy Cross and researchers at FAU, writing about these experiences for AAMC’s Aspiring Docs Diaries. She tutors SAT students and is passionate about animals, fitness, and wellness. Kyle Kiefer Valedictorian Atlantic Christian Academy It is with great pride that we honor Kyle Kiefer, valedictorian of Atlantic Christian Academy’s Class of 2025. A true scholar-athlete, Kyle has earned the highest Principal’s Honor Roll each year, was our Pathfinder nominee for Academic Excellence, and received the Christian Character Award annually. Captain of Varsity Volleyball and Bowling, Kyle was also named Athlete of the Year this year. A youth leader at his church, he models integrity, faith, and servant leadership. Kyle will undoubtedly excel as he pursues electrical engineering at Florida Atlantic University. Kattereen Mendez Hernandez Valedictorian Abundant Life Christian Academy Kattereen Mendez Hernandez is ALCA’s 2025 Valedictorian. A Bright Futures scholar, she is on her way to the University of Florida to major in English with a minor in Journalism. Kattereen had lead roles in our Christmas productions, sang on praise team, and played varsity soccer. She was Student Government Senior Class President, President of the National Honor Society, and writer for Eagles Nest Magazine. She completed Dual Enrollment, was on A & A/B honor roll, and was Student of the Month for the City of Margate. She also won competitions at the League of Christian Schools Festival of Fine Arts & Academics. Mabelis Nunez Reyes Salutatorian Abundant Life Christian Academy Mabelis Nunez Reyes is ALCA’s 2025 Salutatorian. She was a member of high school choir and a varsity cheerleader. Mabelis was the first-place winner in our high school Science Fair and submitted a winning visual arts piece at the League of Christian Schools Festival of Fine Arts & Academics competition. Persevering throughout much of high school with a leg and back injury, Mabelis still maintained A & A/B honor roll status and was recognized as Student of the Month by the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Margate. Mabelis plans on studying at Broward College to study Graphic Design. Stephanie Giron Salutatorian Atlantic Christian Academy It is a joy to honor Stephanie Giron, Atlantic Christian Academy’s Salutatorian, for her outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and servant’s heart. She excelled in AP and DE courses, earned Principal’s Honor Roll each year, and led in NHS, HOSA, Varsity Volleyball, and Cheer. A talented worship leader, she serves through music at school and church. Stephanie plans to attend the University of North Florida to pursue nursing. She is driven, compassionate, and grounded in faith—ready to impact the world for good. Madison Margaret Specyal Co-Salutatorian Boca Raton Christian School Madison decided to attend the University of Florida, where she plans to study Architecture. She is an AP Scholar, ACSI awarded, and Dual Enrollment student, and earned a cumulative GPA of 4.50. She is the Cross Country and Track and Field Team Captain, and qualified for District and Regional events in both. She was the 4-time MVP of the cross country team and Barnabas Award winner of the track team. She serves her country through a military organization known as the Youth Advisory Council, presiding as its secretary since 2023. She also is a Mu Alpha Theta and National Honors Society member. Joseph Robert Laughner Co-Salutatorian Boca Raton Christian School Joseph served as Vice President and President of National Honor Society, sang in choir for 3 years and Shine Vocal Ensemble for 2. He managed both Varsity and JV teams for 3 years. He assisted the orchestra and performed in Singin’ in the Rain. His leadership, teamwork, and commitment to the arts and academics have earned him honors like the Spidell Excellence in Math Award and the Rising Stars Award.
