' Several months ago, I wrote an article about the seasons of change in our marriages and families. Every garden and every vine is planted, pruned, nourished by the sun and rain, and yields a fruit or floral. Some grow like redwoods, and others are forever delicate. Some live hundreds of years, and others die after the first blossom. Everything and everyone changes over time through age, maturity, experiences and circumstances. All creation changes: families, friendships, churches, climate, cells, organizations, oceans, marriages and ministries. We can’t escape it! Change can be pleasant, challenging, terrifying and exhilarating at the same time. Sometimes, we pleasantly stroll with God through change; some days are exhilarating, and we run with him toward change, and often, we run from Him during change because we’re terrified. But He uses the journey of change to grow our trust and deepen our relationship with Him. Through God's merciful patience, His will, His timing, His leadership and our willingness to obey, He prepares us to embrace the pace, place, plan and point of change. Change leads us to purpose, which ultimately is for our good, the good of others and His glory. From Live the Life to Relate Well Live Well We all have our journey to change and a story to share. As we have traveled together, Live the Life South Florida for almost a decade has been privileged and honored to speak into your lives and come alongside. We are deeply grateful for your support and the role you've played in our journey. Yet our name has never defined who we are or what we do. From Genesis to Revelation the Bible tells stories of people’s relationships, teaches us how to have relationships with one another, and God’s desire for a relationship with us. Our relationships are the only thing that we will take with us into eternity. After many months of prayer and wise counsel, God led us to more clearly define our purpose through the change of our name and logo. As of July 1, we will be known as Relate Well Live Well. Our website and email address will be RWLW.org. Our mission, purpose, core values, statement of faith and leadership will remain the same. We have plans to expand our services, our partnerships and our reach. We ask that you join us in prayer. We’re excited about the journey and look forward to traveling together. To God be the glory, great things He has done! If you're interested in participating in one of our classes, please email [email protected] or visit RWLW.org.
