Thousands of pro-life advocates gathered in Washington, D.C. on January 19, 2024 for the 51st annual March for Life and Rally at the National Mall. For the past 51 years, the March for Life has powerfully witnessed to the tragedy of abortion, while calling for stronger protections for women and the unborn. This year’s speakers addressed the 2024 theme– Pro-life: With Every Woman, For Every Child, which is at the heart of the pro-life movement. They also celebrated the heroic work of Pregnancy Care Centers and Maternity Homes, while offering a roadmap to achieve a life-affirming culture that respects the inherent dignity of all human life. Danny Gokey,a top 3 finalist on American Idol and threetime Grammy Nominee, performed the National Anthem and led worship leading up to the Noon rally. And speakers included Benjamin Watson, former NFL tight end; Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Mike Johnson; U.S. Representative Chris Smith (NJ); Jim Daly, President and CEO of Focus on the Family; Pastor Greg Laurie of Harvest Christian Fellowship with his wife Cathe; Antonio de Mello, Community of Jesus, Brazil; Jean Marie Davis, Executive Director of Branches Pregnancy Resource Center; Aisha Taylor, author of Navigating the “Impossible”: A Survival Guide for Single Moms From Pregnancy Through the First Year of Motherhood; and Dominick Tolentino, Penn State University senior and president of Students for Life Club “We are overjoyed to welcome these inspiring pro-life leaders at this year’s 51st March for Life,” said Jeanne Mancini, president of March for Life Education and Defense Fund. “ March for Life is a nonsectarian organization that promotes the beauty and dignity of every human life by working to end abortion – uniting, educating, and mobilizing pro-life people in the public square. Despite Snow and Cold “Good Days Only” Music Festival unites the spirit of creativity with faith and family for an unforgettable journey on February 23, 2024 from 12 noon to 11 p.m. at the Meyer Amphitheatre, located at 105 Evernia Street in West Palm Beach. It will be a day filled with music, laughter and a carnival of activities for the whole family, featuring popular musical artists Danny Gokey, Unspoken and Bryson Rory, along with performers such as 7eventh Time Down, Rory Comtois, Southbound, JJ Weeks, Shepherd, MVKEYYJ.
