God Bless you both! - Gary Serrani A Couple of Questions with Jesus by Leslie Feldman, Good News Publisher During a recent 9-day trip to south Florida on ministry business for CBMC, I found myself thumbing through your June edition where Les Feldman’s article, Questions with Jesus, stopped me in my tracks. Five months ago, I lost my wife to cancer and believe me, I have had plenty of questions for Jesus. I found that during my gut-wrenching personal storm, Jesus has, in fact, come alongside me and comforted me even when I didn’t realize it was Him. What I found was that the more quiet-time I set aside for Jesus, the clearer I was able to gaze upon His face and hear His words. As Les pointed out, “sometimes we fail to recognize Him” when our heart just aches. It took a trip to the sunshine state for me to recognize that I was essentially blocking the blessings that God had for me. So, even though my heart still breaks, now I know that so does God’s… he gets me, because he too lost a cherished family member.
