First, Polyana found a lump. Then she found hope. At 40 years old, Polyana was getting ready to schedule her first mammogram when she discovered a lump in her left breast. With no health insurance, and three young daughters to raise, she wasn’t sure where to turn when she was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. Her faith brought her to Holy Cross.
