He benefitted from learning at home and also through the Boy Scouts, NCFCA Christian Speech & Debate League, and CEDAR. He is currently finishing his 4th year with NCFCA and has received awards in Lincoln-Douglas Debate, impromptu speaking, platform speaking and apologetic speaking. He is headed to Minnesota for the NCFCANational Championship in June. At CEDAR, Timothy excelled in mathematics and science, and he has decided to pursue a career in geosciences through both Broward College and Florida Atlantic University. He enjoys playing the piano, rock climbing and fishing. Jacqueline Fake Outstanding Homeschool Student HEED, Home Education Enrichment Day Jacqueline Fake has been homeschooled since grade 7 and has attended HEED for 5 years. She has accumulated 18 college credits and over 650 volunteer hours. In high school, Jacqueline founded Conservative Homeschoolers, a club for homeschool students interested in politics and activism. She volunteered on local and national political campaigns and worked as a Senate Page at the Florida State Capitol. Jacqueline danced with Many But One Christian Preforming Arts Studio as both a student and teacher. She studied many styles including ballet, contemporary, tap, and jazz. Jacqueline will attend Palm Beach Atlantic University as a member of their Honors Program. Miah Moore Valedictorian Highlands Christian School MiahMoore has been at Highlands ChristianAcademy for two years and is graduatingwith a GPAof 4.63.While at Highlands, she has been involved in National Honor Society, Brain Bowl, student government, homecoming court, praise team, volleyball, cheerleading, choir, and art. Miah will be studying Biomedical Sciences at Nova Southeastern University, and after earning her bachelor’s degree, she plans to attend Nova’s medical school. Miah’s life verse is Romans 1:16-17. Bryan Santos Salutatorian Highlands Christian School Bryan Santos came to Highlands in seventh grade and is graduating with a GPA of 4.42. He has been involved in National Honor Society, student government, STEM, and art. He has also been a class officer. Bryan’s life verse is 1 Peter 5:7, and he has not yet finalized his college plans.
