Sydney Visser Valedictorian Boca Raton Christian School Sydney Visser has attended BRCS since 1st grade. AP Scholar with Honor, PresidentialAward for Educational Excellence, ACSI Distinguished Student. President of National Honor Society, a member of Student Council, HS Choir, and Varsity Volleyball team for 6 years, serving as Captain since 9th grade. Named “Player of the Week” by both ESPN and Palm Beach Post, as well as being named to the 1st Team All-County by both Sun Sentinel and Palm Beach Post. Accepted to 16 universities, she has chosen to attend the University of Alabama Honors College on a Presidential Scholarship and will major in Biology. GPA: 4.5 Jaclyn Beck Salutatorian Atlantic Christian Academy Jaclyn Beck was on the student-led worship team at chapels. She took 6 Advanced Placement and 5 Dual Enrollment classes, earning 22 college credits with a 4.2 GPA.Afounding member of the HOSA chapter for Future Health Professionals, she completed the medical endorsement program. She was a Student Council member, vice president of the National Honor Society, and served as the Showrunner in the Sound and Lighting Booth for theatrical productions. An equestrian, Jaclyn competed at the state level with Endurance Racing and on Drill Team. She also worked for a construction company and started her own Bookkeeping business. Jaclyn plans to attend Indian River State College to major in Business Administration. Veronica Villalobos Salutatorian Boca Raton Christian School Veronica Villalobos was named a National Merit Finalist, National Hispanic Recognition Scholar, and AP Scholar. Veronica is graduating with a 4.5 GPAand 169 community service hours. She was involved in multiple clubs such as Thespian Troupe 7354, where she was president, and the National Honor Society, where she was vice president. She also involved herself in her school productions all 4 years, Varsity Soccer, All-State Choir, and Dig Deeper Bible Study. She has been accepted to UF, FSU, Lynn University, FAU, and Wheaton College and plans to major in music this coming fall. Mia Escudero Valedictorian Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School ANational Merit Commended Scholar, anAP Scholar with Distinction, an Excelsior Scholar, and a member of various honor societies: NHS, Mu Alpha Theta, English and Science. She was also a Silver Knight Nominee, a StudentAmbassador, and Swim Team-Captain. Accepted to: Duke University, University of California-Berkeley, University of Florida, University of California-San Diego, University of Texas, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Will attend: University of Florida Honors Program and Research Scholars Program. Alejandra Alzamora Salutatorian Archbishop McCarthy High School A National Merit Finalist, an AP Scholar with Distinction, an Excelsior Scholar, and a member of various honor societies: NHS, Mu Alpha Theta, Science, Social Studies and Spanish. She was also Senior Class Treasurer, a Student Ambassador, and a member of the Exceptional Theater Company. Accepted to: Cornell University, NewYork University, University of Florida, Boston University, University of Miami. Will attend: University of Florida Honors Program and Research Scholars Program. Melissa Mockler Valedictorian Boca Raton Christian School Melissa Mockler will be attending the University of Florida on a full-ride scholarship where she plans to study Business Administration. She’s been President of the Student Council, Vice President of the National Honor Society, Student Technical Director, and Captain of the Varsity Soccer, Tennis, and Robotics Teams. She is a National Merit Commended Student, an AP Scholar, a Hometown Hero Scholarship Recipient, and has earned 14 Outstanding Student of the Year Awards. In addition to all of her academic accolades, she has earned 650+ community service hours and participated in 4 mission trips. She held lead roles in theatrical performances, as Anna in Frozen and Davey in Newsies the Musical. She served as treasurer of HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America), secretary for the Student Council, and President of the National Honor Society. Peyton took 12 honors and 5 advanced placement courses and earned 15 dual-enrollment credits with a 4.4 GPA. Amember of the Young Singers of the Palm Beaches, she was nominated for the Palm Beach Pathfinders award for Vocal Music and received the George Snow Scholarship Hometown Hero Scholarship. She plans to study Music Education at Palm BeachAtlantic University.
