She served as the Student Government Association President and was in the National Honors Society and the National Society of High School Scholars. Freshman and Sophomore years she earned the Presidential Award and in Junior and Senior years she earned the Principal Award. Mizanee played Varsity Volleyball and was a Varsity Cheerleader. She also works at Chick-Fil-A. Starting this summer, Mizanee will be attending the University of Florida. Seven Scholastic Art and Writing Keys Nicholas Veynovich Valedictorian Highlands Christian Academy Nick Veynovich has attended Highlands since K3 and holds the honored distinction of being a Highlands “Lifer” with a GPA of 4.774. Throughout his 15 years at Highlands, he has been involved in National Honor Society, varsity soccer, and track and field. This spring, Nick earned the title of 2021 FHSAA State Champion in javelin, throwing 54.93m/180'2". Nick has signed with Campbell University where he will compete in track and field and continue his education studying kinesiology. His life verse is Proverbs 28:1. Highlands Christian Academy is pleased to announce Nick as the 2021 valedictorian. Tyler Goldman Salutatorian Highlands Christian Academy Tyler came to Highlands in 3rd grade and has been in- volved in National Honor Society, band, Brain Bowl, Thespians, track and field, basketball, and soccer. He is graduating with a GPA of 4.684. When asked what he has valued most about his 10 years at Highlands, Tyler shared, “I appreciate the teachers who care about me and my future.” Tyler plans to attend Florida State University and continue his education in the field of civil engineering. David Piraban Valedictorian Jupiter Christian School David Piraban, Valedictorian. A Pathfinder nominee for Academic Excellence, David has received JCS Excel- lence Awards in Math, Science, Spanish & Community Service. He has participated in the National Honor So- ciety, receiving the Certificate of High Academic Excel- lence Award. Co-curricular activities include Student Servant Leadership Team, Bible Study, Varsity soccer, JCS Chess Club and The Egg Incorporated Club. David has served through inter- national mission work, children’s church ministry and volunteering. He will be at- tending Georgia Tech, majoring in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Kayla has been recognized on the Principal’s List since 2017 and has received the JCS Community Service Award each year for giving back to the community. She has been a member of the Na- tional Junior Honor Society, the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society. A Volleyball Cap- tain, Kayla has also won both the Beach Volleyball MVP Award and the AAU Vol- leyball Academic All-American. Kayla will be attending the University of S.
