These movies inspire and en- courage believers and provide a special opportunity for an up- lifting experience for our fami- lies. These films can also be used as an outreach, since many people who are hesitant to come to church might accept an invitation to see a movie. Faith-Based Theatri- cal Releases Some of these will show in a limited number of theaters, while others will be wide re- leases. Check each film’s web- site for additional information. Some release dates are subject to last-minute changes. All films listed with start dates will show for at least one week. Fathom Events (indicated by **), are scheduled for 1-3 nights only. “Overcomer” (still showing in some theaters) A cross-country coach helps an unlikely runner attempt the impossible in the biggest race of the year.
