(954) 941-9111 www.bestroofing.net The Parker Playhouse held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for its upcoming $25 million renova- tion, alongside its general con- tractors, RCC Associates, a premier South Florida-based general contractor, and Gulf Building, a Fort Lauderdale- based general contractor that in- cluded the Mayor of Fort Lauderdale Dean Trantalis on April 18. The $25million transfor- mation of the Parker Playhouse will take this iconic entertainment venue into the 21st century. The reimaginedParker Play- house will retain much of its clas- sic elegance and will also feature many upgrades and new ameni- ties, including a stunning new lobby, private donor and premium lounges, a signature bar area and new hospitality experiences, in addition to upgraded mechanical systems, state-of the-art equip- ment and advanced acoustics. RCC Associates, is partner- ing with Fort Lauderdale-based general contractor Gulf Building, in a joint venture entitled RCC Gulf to complete the renovation. Renovations to Parker Play- house will begin in summer 2019 and are expected to be com- pleted in winter 2020. The enter- tainment venue is anticipated to remain operational during the 2019-2020 season.
