The announcement was made by Realtor Debbie Wysocki of Florida Luxury Homes Group - Keller Williams Realty Professionals following the closing that took place March 4. Wysocki and her agency aren’t the only ones benefitting from the record-setting sale; Wysocki will donate 10 percent of her commission to local commu- nity organizations. Wysocki first represented the buyer who purchased the lot at 2812 N. Atlantic Blvd. in December 2016 for $7.2 mil- lion, then a record sale amount in the area known as Lauderdale Beach. Two years later, the property’s value has increased by $5.4 million and she now represents that same client as the seller. The rapid rise in value stems from the shrinking number of ocean- front lots that remain undevel- oped and sharp increase in property values in the area. “It was an incredible opportunity and experi- ence to help purchase the property and now I’m dou- bly-blessed with the good fortune of facilitating its sale,” said Wysocki.
