OUT AND ABOUT 36 NOVEMBER 2018 Good News • South Florida Edition Volunteers from The Lion’s Den Missions Base in Fort Lauderdale in coop- eration with Joseph’s Storehouse provided relief to those recovering from the impact of the Category IV Hurricane Michael in October. The organization and its partners delivered about seven tons of food and supplies for relief in four counties affected by the storm in just four days. They were also able to stage three long-term dis- tribution points in Gulf, Lib- erty and Jackson Counties.
