Good News - November 2018

Eighteen men accepted the challenge and played in the first Fellowship of Christian Ath- letes (FCA) 100 hole Golf Marathon on Friday September 21, 2018 at the beautiful Coral RidgeCountry Club. Each of the players played for 9 glorious hours in a sun drenched South Florida day. J.C. Conte was Master of Ceremonies for the after tournament Awards dinner and cool down as players remi- nisced about the flurry of "al- most" holes-in-one. Bryan Mitchell enjoyed the tournament’s only Hole-in-one and Will Lust was Low Score Medalist and Austin Cook was tops in Most Birdies. The big winner for the day was the Fel- lowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and the schools of Broward County by raising sig- nificant funding to provide ex- tracurricular student activities like the after school discipleships and Bible studies, FCACoaches Huddle and the summer Trench Warriors programming.
