What a blessing. I find myself saying that a lot lately, and in our December Christmas issue we have much for which to be thankful. First, we are thankful for a supportive family, dear friends and co- workers who have embraced, encouraged and, in fact, cheered us on as we head in new directions; thank you profoundly! We are blessed in December to have South Florida Faith Leaders joining our 2017-2018 cover shoot. To have the support of so many pastors who accepted our invitation and attended our first ever GOOD NEWS cover photo shoot at the beautiful Broward Center for The Performing Arts, Amaturo Theatre is confidence building. We plan on having this as an annual feature and "class picture" each December. As our Faith Leaders welcome in the season in which we celebrate the glorious birth of Christ, we are humbled and grateful for their participation to come together as a community. All stellar spiritual leaders, we appreciate those who gave up precious moments with family to wish the community a Merry Christmas. As 2017 draws to a close, I'll take a moment of personal reflection for those who have impacted the survival of the Good News, for unselfish reasons, only to benefit and share the glory of Jesus Christ through these pages to gift the South Florida community: • Doug, Vee, Sean and Brett Stepelton, you truly live the word and inspire so many; • Stephan Tchividjian, the marionette and dear valued friend to countless names, behind and out front, to lead our tribe. • My coworkers: Shelly, Milton, Al, Buddy, Lydia and Betsy, thank you, seriously thank you. • Our faithful advertisers, you make it happen, one and all. • Over 1200 locations in South Florida who proudly offer and display the Good News to your churchgoers and the retailers who provide space for our racks, displaying the Good News to their valued customers, we wish you the most joyous Christmas possible with boundless love.
